Storage and Charging Requirements:

• All Underwater Jetpacks are shipped with a partial charge to ensure safe transit and storage. Upon receipt of the jetpack, customers are required to fully charge the unit before its first use. This ensures optimal performance and longevity of the battery.

Return to Full Charge:

• Customers are responsible for returning the Underwater Jetpack to a full charge within 14 days of receiving the product. This includes ensuring that the battery is fully charged before storing or using the jetpack. Failure to adhere to these charging requirements may result in reduced battery life or performance issues, for which the customer will be responsible.

Warranty Activation:

• To activate the warranty for your Underwater Jetpack, the signed warranty form must be completed and returned within 14 days of receipt of the product. Failure to return the signed warranty within this period will result in the warranty being invalidated.

Care Instructions: 

Fully submerge all parts in freshwater after use, slowly run the motor to flush out any salt water. Then leave to air dry. Do not run the motor out of the water. Do not store in direct sunlight. Do not store battery at full charge. Read product manual thoroughly for details.
